Rules and Instructions
I agree to the terms in this agreement. I acknowledge that failure to follow these rules will result in losing permission to use the GOLFZON simulator.

I understand that Par Golf TN is under video and audio surveillance and I agree to the video and audio monitoring while I am on the premises.
​
If any equipment in the office is damaged due to my use, I will be responsible for the repair costs. In case the equipment is broken or worn due to wear and tear, I will have it inspected with the company before I use it. I acknowledge that I will not touch anything in the office except for the GOLFZON simulator. The items not permissible to touch or interact with include, but are not limited to, the MedX equipment, computers, front desk, tables, books, files, file cabinets, etc. THIS IS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. Any failure to follow this rule will result in the immediate loss of permission to use GOLFZON.

I understand that no one under 18 is allowed to use GOLFZON without an adult 21 years or older present.

I understand that the GOLFZON simulator at Par Golf TN can only be used by right-handed players.

I understand that gift card purchases are non-refundable.

I understand that, if I am a Private Member, and fail to book the discounted Private Member session, I will not be refunded. If I am not a Private Member, and book a Private Member session, my session will be cancelled and I will be charged the cancellation fee. If I am not a Private Member with After-Hours access, and book an After-Hours session, my session will be cancelled and I will be charged the cancellation fee.

Rules and Regulations:
I will refrain from coming into contact with anything in Par Golf TN except for the simulator.
I will follow all of the rules regarding using the simulator.
I am responsible for any damage I may cause.
I will not bring more than the number of people listed in the title of my booking to my session. I will not bring anyone to “watch” during my appointment.
I will not smoke, drink, or use any illegal substances while at Par Golf TN.
I will stand at least six feet away from anyone swinging a golf club.
I will cancel my appointment if I have had a fever or have felt unwell within the past 48 hours.
I will not practice my swing on the standing area (the light green portion), I will only practice on the fairway area (the striped portion of the moving swing plate).
I will not hit off the tee except for my initial driver. I will be responsible for replacing the tee if I use the wrong club.
I will not hit the ball until I am sure where the ball is to be placed and the system says ready.
I will not swing until I am certain the area is clear. I will not swing if someone is behind the projection screen.

Rules and Regulations for After-Hours Sessions:
I will follow all of the rules regarding turning the simulator on when I arrive and off when I leave.
I will refrain from coming into contact with anything in Par Golf TN except for the simulator.
I will follow all of the rules regarding using the simulator.
I am responsible for any damage I may cause.
I will not bring more than the number of people listed in the title of my booking to my session. I will not bring anyone to “watch” during my appointment.
Only Private Par Golf TN Members are allowed at After-Hours Sessions. I will not bring anyone to my session that is not a Private Par Golf TN Member without permission.

I further acknowledge that Par Golf TN and its employees are not responsible for any injury to myself or damage to my property that occurs while at Par Golf TN.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Fee:
A 5% fee will be deducted from all cancelled sessions. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will be charged a 50% fee. Cancellations within 1 hour of the session are charged the full amount of the session. No-show sessions are also charged the full amount of the session. If I book a Private Member session or an After-Hours session without being a member and having permission, and the owner must cancel my session, I am responsible for the full value of the session. Gift cards are non-refundable.
If we are forced to closed due to inclement weather, you can reschedule your session at no charge or request a full refund. If we remain open but you are not comfortable attending your session due to inclement weather, our normal cancellation policy applies, but we will attempt to reschedule your session at no charge.
If I book a Private Member session or an after-hours session without being a member and having permission, and the owner must cancel my session, I am still responsible for the cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule, please email support@pargolftn.com.
Rules for Monthly Course Spotlight Tournaments and any other tournaments:
You must let the simulator professional know that you would like your score recorded. The GOLFZON professional has the right to not record a score. You may play the course and have your score reported as many times as you would like for that month (or the listed length of the tournament). Not available at after-hours sessions. Winners are not eligible to win again for the next six months.
Rules for Vouchers: Vouchers are non-refundable. Vouchers may only be redeemed once. Unauthorized voucher use to book sessions will be cancelled. Vouchers may not be shared. It may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Please treat this voucher like cash; it is not replaceable if lost, stolen or if used without authorization. Value only for 12 months. The entire value of the voucher must be used at the time redeemed. Vouchers have no value after redeemed. Not applicable on after-hours or private member appointments. All Par Golf TN rules apply.

I acknowledge that I have read this agreement and I conform to the terms, conditions, rules, and regulations for Par Golf TN and the use of GOLFZON. If I fail to follow the rules, my session may be canceled or I may be required to leave, and my payment will be forfeited.

Par Golf TN GOLFZON
Setup and Shut Down Rules and Instructions
​
I agree to the terms in this agreement. I acknowledge that failure to follow these rules and directions will result in losing permission to use the GOLFZON simulator.
​
1: Only Hit Driver off the tee.
2: Only use golf club when changing settings on the platform controller.
3: Occasionally clear balls off of the deck, especially when using the driver.
4: You are responsible for setting up and shutting down the simulator and the facility on your own utilizing the instructions provided below. Failure to complete this properly can result in a loss of after hours privileges. Being unable to properly set up the simulator does not constitute a refund. Setting up and shutting down the simulator and facility MUST be completed within the time constraints of the session I booked. If I go over the time constraints of my session, I will be charged an additional $60 per hour. This charge will NOT be pro-rated.
5. Do NOT swing until you are certain the area is clear. Do NOT swing if someone is behind the projection screen.

Entry:
1. Visit pargolftn.com. Select ”more” in the menu bar at the top of the page. Choose “GOLFZON After-Hours Booking.” Enter the passcode. Complete your booking.
2. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your session start time. When you arrive for your session, please TEXT us at (615) 882-4727 and we will unlock the door. The door will automatically lock behind you. Do NOT leave the facility without your cellphone. You will not be able to re-enter.
3: Turn on the light switch on the wall to the left. Take your clubs back to the simulator.
4: If you must leave the office remember to take your phone or you won't be able to re-enter the office. You will have to text our number to have the door unlocked again.
Simulator:
1: Take the projector remote, aim it at the projector (when facing the screen located above you and to the right), hit the green button, the projector light will turn red to green.
2: Turn on the light switch located on the wall below the projector.
3: Open the cabinet door (located in front and below the keyboard), press the large power button on the bottom right on the computer, the light will turn blue.
4: Point the mouse at the Launcher Icon located either in the top left corner or the middle of the screen, double click on that icon, click on English OK, click on start, click on Golfzon Vision Plus.
5: Tap your card on the cabinet reader (located in front of the keyboard) or enter your account ID and password or play as a guest, if there are more than one player, click on guest login on the adjacent box; click on player # (becomes highlighted) enter the guests name, change the tee box and level of difficulty if needed. Continue until all players have been added.
6: Choose Next ( to enter games area) or driving range.
Driving Range:
1: Click OK, now go to the platform and use the floor controller. Use your golf club NOT YOUR FOOT to hit the buttons.
2: Remember to choose your club if you had your clubs analyzed, (U) key to move towards driver and (D) key to move towards SW.
3: ONLY USE THE DRIVER OFF THE TEE! To adjust the tee height, go to the keyboard mouse, click on tee, click on up or down arrows to increase or decrease the tee height, click OK.
4: Use the Left (L) or right (R) keys to switch between the driving range, putting and short game.
5: When on the short game range or putting area, use the (U) to shorten the distance or (D) to lengthen the distance.
6: Options: click menu using keyboard mouse, see: Statistics (for the past 10 shots), swing motion video replay, analysis of clubs (10 swings per club, avg. for simulator to recommend clubs based on your distances), DO NOT continue in boxes you are unsure of.
7: To exit, close [M] to go back to the Driving Range, click finish Driving Range to exit Driving Range, click OK, you will return to the player selection page.
Play:
1: At the players settings page, click next, play mode selection (the highlighted game on the left-side will be shown in the right-side page) choose the game you want to play, Stroke play is the default choice and is a regular round of golf game, then click next.
2: Courses:
a: Choose courses by the search bar (in the upper right side) or the dropdown box (under all courses) regional allows you to choose geographically, use the up and down arrows on the left side of the page to scroll through the courses.
b: Highlight the course, click next, (Vision Plus) click OK, choose the ball (balance, control, or distance) click OK, configure settings, for example, concede putt distance, wind, speed of greens, etc. Also, if you do not have enough time for 18 holes you can use (select holes) to begin at any hole. For example, start on #10 to play the back 9. You can also use this to play a particular hole.
c: Click [ Start round ].
Bathroom:
1: Walk down the left side hallway, a motion sensor light will turn on, move to the bathroom entry (hallway light is on the wall to your left). After entering the bathroom, the light switch is on the wall to your left. We recommend keeping the bathroom light on with the door open and the hallway light off while playing.
Exit:
​1: After your round has ended, review and then close the score card summary box.
2: When prompted (would you like to play one more round) click quit.
3: You are now at the main Golfzon Vision Plus main page, on the key board press the escape button.
4: A box appears (do you want to finish Golfzon Vision Plus) click okay.
5: On the bottom lower left portion of the screen, click on the Microsoft icon, a box will appear, on the bottom right of the box click shut down. The simulator is now off.
6: Point the projector remote at the projector, click the green button, the projector light will turn from green to red.
7: Turn off the overhead spotlight, the switch is just below the thermostat.
5: Take your clubs and all personal items with you, turn off the lights (on your right) on the way out, check the door, it should be locked.
